Karim Agha, the owner of a real estate agency, with the help of his apprentice Rahim, enlists Samad to play the role of a rural landowner who has come to the city to sell his land at a cheap price. Karim Agha employs Samad as a construction worker while using Samad's fingerprints under fake land ownership papers.
